Formerly Gerimia's restaurant this lovely old villa still has a full restaurant kitchen and seperate bar room. The property sits on nearly half an acre with gorgeous gardens out the front. If you are a keen fisherman there is also a large rear yard with fish filleting/cleaning facilities. Ample room for boats, cars and trailers down the side of the house.
